Our first plan was to build rental properties and houses for our firm. First phase of it went fine. project details given below.
Project 1 : Location Poolany. 2269 SQFT build area. Single floor with stair room. As per client request, we also build fence and compound wall which give house a farm house look. House is located 15 meters from road give a stunning front view.
Project 2 : Located in Poolany. A new concept was tried which is not much familiar in our village area. Here total build area is 1576 SQFT. This building is planned as duplex. It have 2 BHK, Living room + Dining, Kitchen and work area, same replicated in right. This house is planned to find an earning without much investment. Right and left portion is separated by main wall and a staircase. House owner can stay in one portion and other can easily rent to third party. All water and electric connections are done as separate. We are getting much more enquires on this. Current situation, if we can find a passive income without much investment is welcomed by all. For cost control all door are done in steel and windows are done in aluminum.
Project 3 : Location Poolany. 3 BHK with bath attached + Kitchen, living room and work area. Total build area 1165 SQFT. Door and windows are done in teak wood. Expected to handover key by 15-Jun-2023.
Project 4 : New Project location Poolany. This project we plan to give an affordable housing for common people who can’t afford high price tag. We are expecting price range below 30 Lakhs including 6 cent land (price will vary depending upon the cost difference by the time of project completion). We can arrange 75% bank loan if client require. Expected completion date is 30-Oct-2023.
